Ja sam dobija ponudu za ic na jedan brod od HOSa u Abu Dhabi...stavili su 70 tonsku knuckle boom dizalicu na suplajer.
Prsta sam ali su me danas odbili uz objasnjenje da nemam neki ADMA certifikat,pretpostavljam da je to ista shema kao saudi aramco.
Imam sto godina iskustva,sve moguce papire za radit na svemirskom brodu i onda odjeb.
Ovo sve pokazuje da neki cudni jebivjetri odlucuju koga ce zaposlit bez obzira na sve.

To ti je ko ARAMCO,ali JE jos lakse dobit,manji uvjeti su ZA dobivanje approval...znaci dodes na brod imas 14 dana familirizacije i onda polazes...bar je tako u ARAMCO..Vecina firmi te uzme i onda polozis to na brodu ako ispunjavas uvjete, a to su vecinim sea service u offshore ne manje od 12 ili 24 ovisi o ranku...ali problem je da je toliko ljudi bez posla i ne da im se zajebavat sa ljudima bez ADMA approvals nego traze ljude koji vec to imaju...sve u svemu islo sve u kur...

A taj ADMA approval ne mozes ni dobit ako nisi navego na brodu u njihovom charteru....to su one gluposti zbog kojih ne mozes dobit posao ali stvarno gluposti
