Contract

Minimum trip - normally 1 month with the option to extend to 2 months in our option, + if required up to 20 days for weather delays and port calls and operational requirements of the ship.



The first contract is probation



We are currently negotiating for further work for the ships so and will know about a long contract shortly where I may be able to offer you further work on a back to back rotations of 2 on 2 off or this may well also be a 2 month on, 1 month off rotation depending on the scope of work for ship. This is subject to us winning the contracts



Pay Rates

Pay is per day on a consolidated basis. All payments are Gross free of tax deductions and you will be employed by Atlantic Crewing Services Ltd (BVI) which is part of our group of companies



Consolidated day rate on board - €72.00 per day



Additional sea time pay - €11.00 per day calculated on a 24 hour pro rata for part days. Paid one month in arrears.



Catering Bonus Where applicable €0.28 catering bonus per client meal served on board to the charterers (not the crew)

This payment is made instead of the sea time you don’t receive both. Paid one month in arrears

We make a calculation each month for the Sea Time and catering Bonus and pay the one that has the greater value as it depends on the number of clients on board
